The owner of the Online Store pood.360.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is 360 KRAADI OÜ (14943432), Liivalao 22, Tallinn, Estonia.

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of passes from the Online Store.

The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products.

The purchased codes will be delivered by e-mail.

Making a purchase

To purchase a pass, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. The required data fields must be filled in to complete the purchase. The amount of the charge, which can be paid using a credit card, is then displayed on the screen.

The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store.

If the purchased pass cannot be delivered due to technical reasons or for any other reason, the purchaser shall be notified as soon as possible and the money paid shall be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Right of withdrawal

After making the purchase, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days. The withdrawal includes passes for various adventure trips, it does not include passes for adventure games.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.

In order to return the purchase amount, a notice of the purchase of the pass must be sent to the e-mail address nutikas@360.ee no later than within 14 days of receipt of the pass.

Right to lodge a claim

The Online Store shall respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the purchaser (including name, telephone number, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the pass for the goods.

The Online Store will send newsletters and offers to the purchaser’s e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed a wish by entering the e-mail address on the website and has announced his / her wish to receive direct mail notifications.

The purchaser can cancel the offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

Dispute resolution

If the purchaser has any complaints regarding the Online Store, these must be sent to the e-mail address info@360.ee or made by phone: +372 5663 2979.

If the purchaser and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the purchaser can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the purchaser and the Online Store. The review of the purchaser’s complaint in the commission is free of charge.

The purchaser can turn to the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.
